   • Your use or inability to use the application.

Spidron Tech LLP reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the application at any time, without notice, for any reason, including, without limitation, a breach of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mumbai, India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Spidron Tech LLP reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the application after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
